Account & Data Deletion

1. Account Information

Some ByVimeli Studio applications may not require users to create a traditional online account.

If the application you use does not create an online account, there may be no ByVimeli Studio account stored on our servers to delete.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Some ByVimeli Studio applications may allow you to create or save information directly on your device.

Depending on the application, this may include:

• Text and notes
• Photos or images
• Pet information
• Memories or records
• Documents or other user-created content

Where this information is stored locally on your device, ByVimeli Studio may not have access to it.

3. How to Delete Local Data

If your information is stored only on your device, you can generally remove it by:

• Deleting the relevant content inside the application, where that option is available
• Clearing the application's stored data through your device settings
• Uninstalling the application from your device

Please note that uninstalling an application may permanently remove locally stored information.

4. Requesting Data Deletion

If you believe that ByVimeli Studio holds information associated with you, or you need assistance with a deletion request, you may contact us by email.

5. Information to Include

To help us understand your request, please include:

• The name of the ByVimeli Studio application you use
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted
• Any information reasonably necessary to identify your request

Please do not send passwords or sensitive financial information by email.

6. What Happens After a Request

We will review the request and determine whether ByVimeli Studio holds any data that can be associated with the request.

If relevant data is held by ByVimeli Studio and can be identified, we will process the deletion request as appropriate, subject to any legal or security obligations that may require certain information to be retained.

If the requested information exists only locally on the user's device and was never transmitted to ByVimeli Studio, we will explain that the data must be deleted from the device itself.
